Support tickets and chat

• Tickets and Chat are now in the team menu, under Administration, and both work inside the team you are in. Ask for support from a team
• A team's ticket opens only to the team's members: someone who left the team no longer sees its tickets or gets their emails. Ask for support from a team

The team menu

• The team menu groups its entries by topic — Team, Billing, Files and Administration — with Settings last, and the entry for the team's files is called Files. Teams and the team switcher

Moving team data

• Exporting a team's data runs in the background, so you can close the window: a notification with a Download button tells you when the file is ready. Large teams are packed in short parts, and the export carries again the library files the team's records link to. Move team data between environments

Plans and billing

• An add-on can be tried without a card: the trial charges nothing, ends on its own and leaves the add-on unbought, and the add-on's card offers it beside Buy. Team plans and billing

Admin panel

• The help centre shows breadcrumbs, a long guide offers a floating back button, and a guide's screenshots open in a gallery you can zoom.

Files and space

• An image field can accept only some file types, and says so when you pick another.
• An import whose rows bring a photo when the team is out of space saves those rows without the photo, and the import result tells you.

Support tickets

• The files attached to a team's ticket now belong to the team: they go to the Support tickets folder of the team's files and count against the team's space, not yours. Files attached to the team's tickets before this have been moved there too. Ask for support from a team

Team settings

• A new team picture replaces the current one straight away, without asking what to do with the old one. Your profile photo is replaced the same way. Team files and space

Forms

• Full-page create forms now offer Create and Save and create another, above and below the form, so you can add several records in a row without going back to the list.

Corrections

• Several fixes were made to members and invitations.

Moving team data

• Importing a team no longer runs out of time on large files. The file uploads in parts with a progress bar, and the import then runs on the server, so you can close the window and carry on. The window shows where it is — Checking the package, Ready to import, In process, Finished or Failed — and when it ends while you are away, a notification in the product tells you. Team settings

Members and invitations

• Pending invitations now use the same table layout as team members, and row actions stay together on narrow screens. Members and invitations

Moving team data

• Long import and export dialogs keep their title and buttons in view while you scroll through their contents. Move team data between environments
